MumsCoach - Life Coaching Model & Code of Conduct

MumsCoach uses the following method, which is endorsed as part of our professional training.

• Skills and limitations
• Short and Longer term goals
• Process management of change
• Maintenance of focus and motivation

MumsCoach will work through this method with clients so that they achieve their desired results.

MumsCoach has established guidelines to ensure the interests of both our Life Coach and our clients are met within the above coaching process.

MumsCoach's responsibilities:

• Discover, clarify and align with what the client wants to achieve
• Encourage client self-discovery
• Draw out client-generated solutions and strategies
• Be open and honest in communications
• Hold clients responsible and accountable
• Maintain confidentiality to the limits of the law

MumsCoach customers can be assured these guidelines will be followed. MumsCoach customers need to complete a Client Information Sheet and Coaching Agreement as well as confirm that they have read this Code of Conduct before signing up to an ongoing coaching program.
