Coaching is unlocking a person's potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them. - Timothy Gallwey, Harvard Educationalist and Tennis Expert.

"Life with a baby is about realizing and accepting the elements of surprise and unknown, but you can do plenty of practical things beforehand which will help you manage when things don't go according to plan." Robin Barker, author of Baby Love

And that's what MumsCoach and it's products is here to help you with.

A key area if MumsCoach is helping you getting organised. Some people have a natural instinct to be organised, but for others, like me, it's something you can learn.

You may like to purchase some organising tools from the MumsCoach products section, or browse the articles under the headings Pregnancy, Babies, Pre-School, Primary School and High School.

My Story

Kylie_with_Nicki.JPG

I am the mother of 3 (two boys in their teens and a little girl just starting school). I admit that my first years of being a mum were not always full of happy days but I found amazing results after spending several years studying personal development and applying this knowledge to change aspects of my life.

I have a wealth of experience that I can bring to the table as well as my qualifications as a Life Coach with the Life Coaching Institute of Australia and the ongoing training that is essential within this profession. For more details you can review my Experience and Education Statement.

I believe I'm a great example of a mum who has achieved work/life balance, working full time hours but still being around for my kids after school. I have created a team environment around our home, and everyone pitches in so we can enjoy the weekends together doing the things we like.

By engaging MumsCoach you will:

  • Develop your own clear vision of parenting, that will allow you to determine what skills you would like to develop, so that you can make clear decisions about what you are doing in each moment.
  • Set goals and work out a plan to achieve these goals and then stay focused on developing your parenting potential.

You can be overloaded with information during your pregnancy and being a mum. But having MumsCoach beside you to help guide and support you can Develop Your Parenting Potential with real peace of mind.

I look forward to building this relationship with you.

Have a great day.

Regards
Kylie Mills-Coleman
