Fertile Mind - Terms and Conditions of Sale  We want you to have the best possible experience shopping for maternity wear with us, and to come back again and again! There are just a few things we need to make clear:

Shipping

For all customers "WORLD WIDE", postage & handling  is $3.50 per item capped at $10.50*.

Orders over $250*, receive FREE postage & handling.

*Excludes Milk Bar & Express Post (these will be adjusted accordingly). 

Goods will normally arrive within a week of your order in Australia (faster for capital cities), or within 15 working days (International orders). Please contact us if you have not received your order within those times.

If you require your maternity clothes more urgently, please select the Express Post option in Australia. International courier services are generally too expensive, so this is not available as an option.

When we ship using the Australian or International postal services, you will bear the risk of loss if goods go missing. However, we have very few problems with postal services.

Prices

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Service Tax (GST). We don't change our prices often, but we do reserve the right to alter them at any time, including when we put items on special.

Note for Overseas Customers: The prices displayed on this site include Australian Goods and Services Tax, currently levied at 10%  - but if the shipping address is overseas, then this is an export and the GST will be removed from the amount we charge you during the checkout process. So the prices are even cheaper than they look!

Product Availability

We maintain good stocks of our maternity wear and breastfeeding clothes - but in the unlikely event we're unable to supply you straight away, we'll let you know either through the on-line system, or as soon as possible. If that happens you can change or cancel your order.

Payment

  •  For On-Line orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bankcard (Australia only)
  • If you don't want to purchase on-line, please call our office on (02) 9905 0199 and we will be happy to help you.

For international customers, we will charge your credit card in Australian dollars. The charge you receive on your credit card statement in your home currency will depend on the exchange rate used by your card provider at the time they make the currency conversion. Fertile Mind has no control over this.

Return and Exchanges

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange. We understand it's harder to choose correctly on-line. However, we do need some rules in order to offer this service:

  • You need to send back your product within 14 days.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on underpants or pantyhose.
  • You will pay for the return postage. The original postage is not refundable. However, in the unlikely event your purchase is faulty, we will refund your purchase price in full including the postage and handling charge.
  • The goods must be in their original packaging, clean, unused and undamaged.
  • Exchanges are limited to different types of the same item (for example another size or colour of the same item).
  • Please include in the package the invoice or invoice number of your purchase, your reason for returning it, whether you would like to exchange (and if so, what for) or obtain a refund, and the return postal address. Please include your phone number and/or email address.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.  If you have any concerns or questions about our terms and conditions, please do no hesitate to contact us.  Thank you for shopping with us!
